The opposite of what Dove thinks we do....

Remember the model Hedvig who beamed like the sun itself at her shoot? We shot her twice that day, or rather Kenneth Rimm shot her, I hung around cracking dirty jokes trying to get the models to laugh. It worked, but I think they were laughing at me rather than with me.
Anyhoe, guess what the client wanted when they saw Hedvig's second photo set of the day? They demanded that we add a few pounds on her. I'm serious. The client was even convinced the Hedvig in the first shoot and Hedvig in the second shoot were not the same girl at all (which I think says a lot of her transformation abilities). So in the end, ten pounds have been added to the model to make her less skinny. It's like the anti-Dove. I wonder what Hedvig herself will think when she sees the finished spread... "Gee, was I really bloated on my shoulders that day? How'd that happen?" And people think we use Liquify only to slim people down. Pfft.

She looked awesome

Yesterday, the delicatly slightly fairylike featured Hedvig from Stockholmsgruppen new faces, did that thing where she arrives looking a little shy and wallflowerish, but the moment the camera was aimed at her she bloomed into a fox full of energy that the camera adores. Fun shoot, I love when I see transformations like that!

yeah, so this is a crap photo, I know, I was busy Art Directing people!
